A LUXURY HOLIDAY AND RETREAT COMPLEX FOR THE FUTURE TOURISM MARKET
THE PANDEMIC HAS CHANGED THE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
According to travel experts, over the coming decade the tourism industry will be driven by the following trends:
• The “experience economy” – People are looking to buy experiences and personalised holidays, not hotel packages.
• “Workation” – The concept of being locationindependent, traveling and workingremotely will become more popular.
• Accessible travel – Due to the rising cost of travel, destinations that are accessible by low-cost and sustainable transport routes will be more sought after.
• “Travel Less, Travel Better” – People are looking to perfect their holidays and will seek the best locations and holidays which offer the best services
MORE IMPORTANTLY, SOCIAL MEDIA HAS CHANGED PEOPLE’S PRIORITIES AND THEIR PASSION POINTS.
• Creating limitless “Instagram Moments” - VIVE Saint Felix will be re-developed to provide limitless “Instagram moments through French-style “rustic and luxury” designs that visitors won’t find anywhere else in the area.
• My wellbeing: People are a lot more self-aware that the benefits of travelling are shifting more toward emotional health and wellness, as well as spending valuable time with family and friends.
